Crops
Miltrim Farms currently has 5,200 acres, divided into 2,200 acres of grass and hay mixes and 3,000 acres of corn harvested for silage or grain. Our passion is to be good stewards of the land. This includes reducing run-off by using cover crops to provide a living cover on all of our land year-round and no-till practices for planting. No-till means the soil is not disturbed with plows or disks before we plant.
Miltrim Farms is an active member of EPPIC (Eau Pleine Partnership for Integrated Conservation). EPPIC is a network of community members who advocate for soil and water conservation in the Eau Pleine Watershed. Find out More…
