Miltrim Farms prides itself on having well-maintained facilities designed for cow comfort with a highly skilled team to care for them. Our goal is to produce high-quality milk. The farm averaged 10 calves born every day. Each cow makes around 11 gallons of milk per day! Most of our dairy cows are Holsteins but we also have a few mixed breeds.

Cow comfort, cleanliness, and good health are extremely important at Miltrim Farms. Cows are kept comfortable all year round in temperature and light-controlled barns. They lay on sand for bedding and are fed a well-balanced diet. Our attention to detail drives all the decisions we make at the dairy. We track our water usage in the barns to be as efficient as possible with this valuable resource. Data is collected on each cow to help us monitor udder health and activity. This data assists us in providing the appropriate care for each cow.

We ship our milk to Mullins Cheese in Knowlton and Stratford WI. Mullins is known for its specialty cheese, whey protein, and other by-products. Https://www.mullinscheese.com/
